(PRESS RELEASE) COLOGNE, 4-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — DEUTZ, the leading engine manufacturer, has welcomed 47 new apprentices, consisting of nine women and 38 men, to its workforce at three key sites: Cologne, Ulm, and Herschbach. The company has also reintroduced commercial apprenticeships after a 14-year hiatus and launched a dual study program in partnership with FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and HSD University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. These new initiatives aim to develop highly skilled professionals by offering hands-on experience alongside academic learning in IT, mechanical engineering, and economics.
