Dassault Falcon to Provide On-Site Support at Global Events in 2013

World Economic Forum, Super Bowl Among Events with Added Support

Saint-Cloud, France, 22-2-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Dassault Falcon will once again support operators attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland with a dedicated technical team positioned at nearby Zurich Airport.

The forum, which takes place January 23-27, brings together intellectuals, business leaders and heads of state from around the world resulting in an unusually large influx of business aircraft.

To ensure the highest level of customer service for operators attending the event, the Falcon team dispatched on-site will be backed up by the three Swiss-based Falcon Authorized Service Centers, which are certified to perform maintenance on all Falcon models. Additionally, spare parts from Dassault’s Paris-Le Bourget distribution center can be delivered onsite within three hours.

Dassault Falcon will also provide operator support at a number of other special events in the next few months, including Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, Louisiana (Feb. 3), the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach, Florida (Feb. 24), and the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition in Shanghai, China (Apr. 16-18).

In addition to routine troubleshooting assistance, Falcon special event support teams supply a full range of AOG services, coordinating with local Authorized Service Centers and the nearest parts warehouse to ensure that the customer’s aircraft returns to service with a minimum of delay.
