(PIC) and PharmaSpecial Especialidades Químicas e Farmacêuticas Ltda. (PharmaSpecial). This move marks a significant step forward in Brenntag’s efforts to bolster its presence in one of the largest markets for Personal Care and Pharma products worldwide.

PIC and PharmaSpecial, both family-owned businesses with a strong reputation in the industry, have served as key suppliers to large customers and national compounding pharmacies in Brazil. Their acquisition will enable Brenntag to enhance its product offerings and extend its service capabilities in the Life Science industry across the region.

Enhancing Capabilities and Expanding Market Reach

The acquisition is poised to significantly enhance Brenntag’s Life Science business in Brazil by integrating the extensive portfolios of PIC and PharmaSpecial into its existing operations.
