The agreement, signed on September 29, 2023, marks Bosch Power Tools’ strategic move to expand its presence in the accessories business and foster growth. According to Thomas Donato, President of Bosch Power Tools, this partnership aims to unleash the full potential of tactile-sensitive robots in conjunction with their industrial abrasive portfolio.

FerRobotics, headquartered in Linz, Austria, with distribution locations in the U.S. and China, employs around 50 professionals and anticipates sales in the double-digit millions for the current fiscal year. The terms of the purchase remain undisclosed and are subject to regulatory approval.
