Auchan Retail Logistique signs long-term lease at Logicor’s Vaulx-Milieu site in France

(IN BRIEF) Logicor has signed a six-year lease agreement with Auchan Group for a full 22,500 sqm facility at its Vaulx-Milieu logistics hub in Isère, France. Auchan Retail Logistique will take over the Grade A Building D in early 2026, using the modern facility to support both agri-food distribution and ICPE-classified goods. Located within the Parc Technologique Porte de l’Isère, the site benefits from strong motorway access to the A43 and A432 and serves as one of France’s busiest logistics corridors. Logicor highlighted the significance of welcoming a major economic player like Auchan Group and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting long-term growth within the park. The company has invested in the site for over a decade and now hosts eight tenants across three buildings. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Logicor on the agreement.

(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM, 20-Nov-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, one of Europe’s leading owners, managers, and developers of logistics real estate, has confirmed a new long-term tenant at its Vaulx-Milieu site in Isère, France. Auchan Group has entered into a six-year firm lease to occupy an entire 22,500 sqm building located within the Parc Technologique Porte de l’Isère, a prime logistics destination.

Auchan Retail Logistique will assume occupancy of Building D—spanning 22,500 sqm—at the start of 2026. This building forms part of Logicor’s larger Vaulx-Milieu logistics complex, which consists of four buildings totalling 84,000 sqm between Saint-Quentin-Fallavier and L’Isle-d’Abeau. The park sits in one of France’s most competitive logistics corridors, attracting operators seeking proximity to major metropolitan areas and transport networks.

The site is situated less than 30 kilometres south-east of Lyon, giving it direct access to the A43 and A432 motorways and an extensive network of regional transport infrastructure. Building D includes five functional units: four designated for the storage and distribution of agri-food products and one specifically adapted for ICPE-classified goods such as oils and spirits. Guided by its Asset Manager, Nhood, the international retail group selected this modern, Grade A facility to enhance its operational capabilities and optimise its supply chain throughout the Lyon region. The premises are equipped to the latest industry standards and situated within a secured, round-the-clock operational environment.

Laurent Dubos, Country Manager France at Logicor, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Auchan Group to the site, noting the company’s longstanding influence on the French economy. He emphasised Logicor’s commitment to working closely with Auchan Group at Vaulx-Milieu and supporting future development initiatives. Dubos highlighted the park’s strategic location, flexible building configurations, and overall suitability for high-performance storage and distribution activities.

For more than a decade, Logicor has been a major investor in the Parc Technologique Porte de l’Isère, hosting eight tenants across Buildings A, B, and C, including several key industry and logistics players. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Logicor on the completion of this transaction.
