Ahlstrom-Munksjö: 2,832 Offer Shares subscribed for without subscription rights in Sweden registered with the Finnish Trade Register

(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 28-Dec-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj (“Ahlstrom-Munksjö” or the “Company”) has as previously announced carried out a rights offering (the “Offering”) of new shares (the “Offer Shares”) in the Company.

A total of 2,832 Offer Shares subscribed for without subscription rights in Sweden have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register on December 28, 2018. Following the registration, the total number of registered shares in Ahlstrom-Munksjö is 115,653,315.

Trading in the Offer Shares registered with Euroclear Sweden subscribed for with subscription rights has commenced on Nasdaq Stockholm on December 28, 2018 and is expected to commence for Offer Shares subscribed for without subscription rights on or about January 4, 2019.
