New Wassa lease underscores Logicor Příšovice’s transformation from brownfield to logistics hub

New Wassa lease underscores Logicor Příšovice’s transformation from brownfield to logistics hub

(IN BRIEF) Logicor has leased the entirety of Building A at its new Příšovice logistics park to Wassa, a Czech packaging and logistics provider serving industries such as hygiene and automotive. The relocation from Liberec highlights the park’s strategic position on the D10 highway and the appeal of features such as its canopy-equipped loading space and railway access. With only 5,000 sqm still available, Logicor Příšovice is quickly becoming a regional logistics hub and a flagship redevelopment project for Logicor, which now oversees more than 100,000 sqm of logistics assets across the Czech Republic.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 17-Sep-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor has secured another major tenant for its new logistics park in Příšovice, welcoming packaging and logistics specialist Wassa as the latest company to move into the redeveloped site. Wassa has committed to the entire Building A, which offers 9,800 sqm of warehouse area, 370 sqm of modern office space, a 1,500 sqm covered loading canopy, and dedicated parking for trucks and cars. Only 5,000 sqm remains available in the park following the deal.

The move represents a significant relocation for Wassa, which is shifting its operations from Liberec to the strategically located site. With more than 50,000 sqm of leased and owned facilities across the Czech Republic, Wassa supports industries ranging from hygiene to automotive with both packaging systems and logistics services.

“This new location is a perfect match for our business needs,” said Martina Vránová, Managing Director of Wassa. “The custom-built canopy for side-loading has already improved our handling processes and demonstrates Logicor’s strong understanding of local customer requirements. The relocation was completed in record time, proving that with the right collaboration, nothing is impossible.”

For Logicor, the agreement underlines the growing appeal of its first logistics development outside Prague. “Attracting a company of Wassa’s calibre reinforces the status of Logicor Příšovice as a prime address for ambitious businesses in northern Bohemia,” said Alžběta Pastrnková, Asset Manager at Logicor Czech Republic. “Our goal was to create a modern, flexible park that anticipates the needs of logistics and production customers alike, and Wassa’s decision validates that approach.”

Logicor Příšovice was developed on a former brownfield site and now offers 20,500 sqm of modern space across two buildings. Situated along the D10 highway, the park provides direct access to Prague (70 km), Mladá Boleslav, and Liberec (28 km). Its dedicated railway siding adjacent to Building A also enables future tenants to establish rail-road cargo operations, making it an attractive option for companies prioritising multimodal transport solutions.

With this new lease, Logicor continues to expand its presence in the Czech Republic, where it now manages over 100,000 sqm of logistics and industrial properties in Prague, Pilsen, and Příšovice, with additional land earmarked for future development.
