Management Board changes at Uralkali

Berezniki, Russia, 19-Dec-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Uralkali (the Company; MICEX: URKA) announces the following basic decisions taken by its Board of Directors at the meeting on 14 December 2016.

The Board reviewed the report on results of the Company’s activity for 9 months of 2016, approved the Company’s consolidated annual budget for 2017 as well as a number of related-party transactions.

The Board made changes to the composition of the Management Board of the Company. Since December 15, 2016 the Management Board will be composed as follows:

  1. Dmitry Osipov (Chairman)
  2. Ruslan Ilyasov
  3. Yevgeny Kotlyar
  4. Stanislav Seleznev
  5. Marina Shvetsova
  6. Anton Vishanenko
  7. Alexey Yashnikov

Several organisational and staff changes have been approved: effective from 15 December 2016, the new Subsoil Management Directorate will be formed to be headed by Eduard Smirnov who had previously occupied the position of Deputy Technical Director for mining operations, and the Department for dangerous industrial objects, which will be managed by Sergey Gabov, former Chief Engineer of Solikamsk-1.
