As part of the new agreement, Story House Egmont will remain the publisher of Disney’s popular franchise magazines, including iconic brands such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Princess and Frozen, as well as Disney and Pixar’s Cars and MARVEL’s Spider-Man. Beginning in 2025, the company will also regain its role as the publisher of all Disney franchise magazines in the UK.

This new agreement marks the latest chapter in a relationship that spans more than 75 years, dating back to 1948 when Egmont first launched the Donald Duck magazine in Scandinavia. Since then, Disney has grown into the world’s largest licensor, with Story House Egmont serving as the trusted licensee for a broad array of beloved brands.
