Petrol d.d. Supervisory Board meeting results

LJUBLJANA, 28-Jan-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — At its 26th meeting, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana adopted a resolution to align, effective from the start of the new term of office of Management Board president Tomaž Berločnik, MSc, beginning on 1 February 2016, the terms of office of the other two legal representatives, Igor Stebernak and Rok Vodnik, MSc, with that of Mr Berločnik. The Supervisory Board deemed the start of the new term of office of the Company’s Management Board president, who under the Articles of Association also has the mandate to propose Management Board members, as the only possible time to fully align the terms of office of all three Management Board members and thus implement the principles for appointing the Management Board using the mandate system, as laid down in the Articles of Association.

Acting jointly with the Human Resources and Management Board Evaluation Committee and in line with good practice guidelines, the Supervisory Board took all the necessary steps to carry out the selection procedure according to professional standards when reappointing the Management Board members, taking into account the quality of the work of the Management Board as a whole, the results it had achieved and the business performance.

The terms of office of all three legal representatives will now start on 1 February 2016 and end on 31 January 2021.
