ISS Expands Beverage Client Contract Across Iberia and Nordics

(IN BRIEF) ISS is set to enhance its longstanding relationship with a leading global beverage company by signing a five‑year deal beginning January 2026. The contract, which already covers cleaning in Spain, will expand to include technical maintenance, reception, greenery, winter services, and pest control across Spain, Portugal, Norway, and Sweden—raising annual revenues by approximately DKK 100 million. This move aligns with ISS’s ambition to deliver integrated, cross‑border facility solutions, emphasizing service quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Effective January 2026, a new five‑year agreement will boost the contract’s annual value by roughly DKK 100 million and expand ISS’s remit beyond Spain into Portugal, Norway, and Sweden.

Previously responsible solely for cleaning operations in Spain, ISS will now deliver an integrated suite of services across all covered sites. The enhanced scope encompasses technical maintenance, reception management, landscaping, winter services, and pest control—creating a unified facility management solution tailored to the customer’s needs.
