From 2026, DHL eCommerce UK will rebrand as Evri Premium, a dedicated network for fast, secure, and high-value deliveries, complementing Evri’s courier services for smaller and lower-value parcels. (PRESS RELEASE) BONN/LONDON, 4-Sep-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Evri and DHL Group have reached a major milestone in their merger process, as the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has given unconditional clearance for the combination of Evri and DHL eCommerce UK. The transaction is expected to conclude promptly once all remaining regulatory approvals are secured, paving the way for the creation of the UK’s premier parcel and mail delivery business.

The new Evri Group will combine Evri’s established courier model with DHL eCommerce UK’s expertise in fast and secure deliveries, creating a business of significant scale. With more than 30,000 couriers and drivers, 12,000 employees, and a fleet of 8,000 vehicles, the combined group is set to deliver over one billion parcels and one billion letters annually, including UK Mail services.

As part of the integration, DHL eCommerce UK will rebrand in 2026 as Evri Premium, a distinct network designed to handle time-sensitive deliveries of high-value and large items with enhanced security. Evri’s flexible and cost-effective courier service for low-weight and low-value parcels will continue to operate alongside this premium offering, ensuring customers and businesses have a broader range of delivery choices.

Martijn de Lange, CEO of Evri, described the approval as transformative:
“This is the biggest milestone in our 50 years as we build a premier delivery business of scale. Evri’s strong brand and unique courier proposition will be complemented by DHL’s UK network and global reach. With this merger, we gain enhanced international capabilities and enter the UK mail market for the first time. The result is a stronger, more innovative business that benefits consumers, businesses, and suppliers alike.”

Pablo Ciano, CEO of DHL eCommerce at DHL Group, added:
“We are delighted with the CMA’s approval of this strategic transaction. Together with Evri, we will reshape the UK logistics market by offering secure, efficient, and innovative delivery solutions. This merger reflects our commitment to supporting customers with evolving needs in a rapidly changing world.”

By combining Evri’s domestic strengths with DHL’s international parcel logistics expertise and its global out-of-home delivery network of more than 150,000 access points, the new Evri Group will be uniquely positioned to accelerate growth and offer end-to-end delivery solutions at scale.
