Equinor Declares Cash Dividend for Q4 2023

(IN BRIEF) Equinor ASA announced an ordinary cash dividend of USD 0.35 per share and an extraordinary cash dividend of USD 0.35 per share for the fourth quarter of 2023. The NOK cash dividend per share is calculated based on the average USDNOK fixing rate from Norges Bank, resulting in a total cash dividend of USD 0.70 per share or NOK 7.5078 per share. Shareholders on Oslo Børs and holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange will receive the cash dividend on May 28, 2024, in accordance with regulatory obligations. This disclosure complies with the Continuing Obligations and Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

(PRESS RELEASE) STAVANGER, 24-May-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Equinor ASA (OSE: EQNR, NYSE: EQNR) announced on 7 February 2024 an ordinary cash dividend per share of USD 0.35 and an extraordinary cash dividend per share of USD 0.35 for fourth quarter 2023.

The NOK cash dividend per share is based on average USDNOK fixing rate from Norges Bank in the period plus/minus three business days from record date 16 May 2024, in total seven business days.

Average Norges Bank fixing rate for this period was 10.7254. Total cash dividend for fourth quarter 2023 of USD 0.70 per share is consequently NOK 7.5078 per share.

On 28 May 2024, the cash dividend will be paid to relevant shareholders on Oslo Børs (Oslo Stock Exchange) and to holders of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) on New York Stock Exchange.
