The acquisition, one of the largest in the logistics sector, will significantly bolster DSV’s global presence, expanding its reach across more than 90 countries and integrating a combined workforce of approximately 147,000 employees. The merged entity is expected to generate pro forma revenues of €39.3 billion, based on 2023 financials.

This strategic acquisition positions DSV as a stronger player in the highly competitive logistics industry, with enhanced capabilities in its Air & Sea, Road, and Solutions divisions.
