Ms. Joutsenkoski joined the team in 2022 and has already made significant contributions as a key leader. Her over a decade of senior-level industry and private equity experience, including her recent role as the head of corporate strategy at UPM-Kymmene, has been essential to the team’s success.

Prior to joining CapMan Buyout, Ms. Joutsenkoski worked as an Investment Manager at Nordic Capital in Stockholm and Helsinki and as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs Nordic Investment Banking Team in London. She played a valuable role in CapMan Buyout’s investment in Hydroware last spring and has contributed significantly to deal flow development. Ms. Joutsenkoski is currently a member of the board at MM Sports, DEN Group, and SARC Architects.
