Didier Reboul to Lead Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring as New CEO from September 2025

(IN BRIEF) Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring’s board has named Didier Reboul as its new CEO, effective September 1, 2025, under the supervision of Stéphane Priami of Crédit Agricole S.A. He will also join Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Management Committee. Reboul takes over from Hervé Varillon, now CEO of Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine. With a career spanning portfolio management, regional bank leadership, and senior roles at Crédit Agricole S.A. and Emporiki Bank, Reboul most recently headed the Midcaps Division at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. He holds an ESC Toulouse degree, an MBA in Finance, and professional certifications from Georgia State University, the Alliance Bara Research Institute, and the French Society of Financial Analysts.

(PRESS RELEASE) MONTROUGE, 30-Jul-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — At its July 29, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring appointed Didier Reboul as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Stéphane Priami, Deputy General Manager of Crédit Agricole S.A. in charge of the International Banking and Services division. Effective September 1, 2025, Didier Reboul will also become a member of the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.

He succeeds Hervé Varillon, who moves on to serve as CEO of Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine.

Biography
Didier Reboul launched his career in 1991 at Crédit Agricole National Bank as a Portfolio Manager for Segespar. In 1994, he joined Indosuez Asset Management, and two years later became Head of Financial Management at the Midi Regional Bank. His subsequent roles included Head of Banking and Finance at Guadeloupe Regional Bank (2001), Finance Director and then Head of Corporate, Local Authorities, International and Private Banking at Alpes Provence Regional Bank (2003–2006), and Finance Director at Emporiki Bank. In 2009, he joined the Regional Bank of Aquitaine as Head of Corporate, Winegrowing and Private Banking Markets.

In 2013, Reboul returned to Crédit Agricole S.A. to lead Group Asset–Liability Management coordination. By 2016, he was Deputy General Manager for Development at Sud Rhône Alpes Regional Bank, before taking on the role of Head of Agriculture, Agri‑food and Specialized Markets at Crédit Agricole S.A. in 2019. Since February 2021, he has overseen the Midcaps Division within Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

An alumnus of ESC Toulouse, Reboul also holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University (Atlanta), completed studies at the Alliance Bara Research Institute in New York, and is certified by the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
