TotalEnergies Proposes 7.1% Dividend Increase for Fiscal Year 2023

(IN BRIEF) Following a Board of Directors meeting on February 6, 2024, TotalEnergies has announced its intention to propose a dividend distribution of 3.01 € per share for fiscal year 2023 at the upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for May 24, 2024. This proposed dividend marks a significant 7.1% increase compared to the ordinary dividend paid for fiscal year 2022, which amounted to 2.81 € per share. With consideration for the three interim dividends previously determined by the Board of Directors at 0.74 € per share, the final dividend for fiscal year 2023 is set to be 0.79 € per share. Subject to approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the final dividend will be disbursed in cash, with an ex-dividend date of June 19, 2024, for shareholders and June 18, 2024, for ADS holders. Cash payment is anticipated on July 1, 2024, for shareholders and July 11, 2024, for ADS holders.

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 7-Feb-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — TotalEnergies (EPA:TTE), a global multi-energy company with over 100,000 employees and presence in more than 130 countries as well as the world’s 3rd-largest low-carbon LNG company, announces that the Board of Directors met on February 6, 2024, and decided to propose at the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 24, 2024, the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2023 of 3.01 €/share, a 7.1% increase compared to the ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2022 of 2.81 €/share.

Consequently, taking into account the three interim dividends of 0.74 €/share previously decided by the Board of Directors, the final dividend for fiscal year 2023 will be 0.79 €/share.

Subject to approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the final dividend will be detached and paid in cash, according to the following timetable:
