(PRESS RELEASE) WARSAW, 26-Aug-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Maersk has officially opened a new office in Warsaw, reinforcing its European presence and addressing the growing demand for high-quality, multilingual customer services across the continent. The inauguration, held on 21 August, represents a significant step in the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience while centralising and standardising operations.

The new hub is located in Warsaw’s Wola district, the city’s fast-developing financial and business centre, which has transformed over the past decade into one of Poland’s most vibrant urban areas. Designed with sustainability and collaboration in mind, the facility provides an ideal base for more than 100 Maersk employees from nine nationalities, with an average age of 28, who are already working to deliver superior services to customers across Europe.

“I’m immensely proud of this milestone,” said Caroline Wu, Head of Maersk’s Global Service Centre organisation. “Adding a new location in Warsaw not only strengthens our presence in Europe but also underscores our commitment to improving customer experience, centralising processes, and raising service standards.”

Aymeric Chandavoine, EVP and President Europe, emphasised the importance of the new office for the company’s regional ambitions: “It is fantastic to see how this project has taken shape, as we now have a new hub in the heart of Warsaw, helping us serve our customers across the region. This is also a testament to Poland’s great potential as a talent hub, and I’m thrilled by the engagement and positive energy within the office.”

The Warsaw service centre will play a central role in supporting Maersk’s European operations, providing consistent, efficient, and customer-focused solutions while tapping into Poland’s growing pool of young and skilled professionals.
