Logicor Leases Space to Leading European Toy Provider at Logicor Houplines Logistics Park in France

(IN BRIEF) Logicor, a prominent logistics real estate company in Europe, has leased approximately 40,000 sqm of space to a leading European provider of toys and children’s entertainment at Logicor Houplines Logistics Park in France. The site will undergo redevelopment to combine two existing assets, creating a unified space for the customer’s distribution operation, totaling around 45,000 sqm. Located 14km northwest of Lille, the park offers direct access to the A2 motorway network, facilitating efficient product delivery to consumer stores and homes across Northern France and mainland Europe. The expansion of the site allows Logicor to meet the strong demand for well-located logistics sites in the area while implementing sustainability measures to improve the building’s environmental impact. Logicor Houplines Logistics Park is part of the Les Moulins de la Lys business park, contributing to the region’s economic growth with over 25 companies and generating more than 700 jobs.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 7-Jul-2023 — /EuropaWire/ —Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has leased c.40,000 sqm to a new customer – a leading European provider of toys and children’s entertainment,  at Logicor Houplines Logistics Park (North), France.

The current site will undergo redevelopment to join two of the existing assets, creating one space from which the customer can run its distribution operation. In total, the customer will lease c.45,000 sqm of space.

Logicor Houplines Logistics Park is 14km northwest of Lille and has direct access to the key A2 motorway network, which reaches across Northern France and mainland Europe, enabling the customer to efficiently deliver its products to consumer stores and homes.
