(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 15-Jan-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Inderes and Alma News Media have formalized a new agreement that strengthens and expands their ongoing partnership. As a result of this collaboration, subscribers to Kauppalehti and Arvopaperi’s digital services will continue to benefit from access to Inderes’ in-depth analysis reports. Meanwhile, Inderes’ listed company clients will gain broader exposure through both Inderes and Alma’s platforms, enhancing the reach of their communications. This new agreement further solidifies the long-standing relationship between the two organizations.

The partnership will include several key initiatives, such as the annual digital event, Pörssisijoittajan viikko (Stock Investor’s Week), webcasts of listed company interim reports through Kauppalehti, and the integration of Inderes’ analysis within Kauppalehti’s digital offering. Kauppalehti, which reaches over 700,000 readers each week, alongside Arvopaperi, holds a dominant position in Finland’s investor media landscape.

Mikael Rautanen, CEO of Inderes, commented, “As investor communication increasingly moves to digital platforms, there is rising demand from publicly listed companies to engage a broad base of private investors. This collaboration with Alma enables us to offer companies a powerful channel for reaching a wide investor audience through a unified platform.”

Juha-Petri Loimovuori, Executive Vice President of Alma News Media, added, “Investors, both private and institutional, represent a crucial segment for Kauppalehti and Arvopaperi. The growing interest in stock investing, especially across different age groups in Finland, is reflected in Kauppalehti’s subscriber base. Inderes’ high-quality analyses play a key role in supporting private investors in their decision-making.”

Inderes’ company analyses will be made available to Kauppalehti’s digital subscribers on the stock market pages of the service.
