Dr. Koch’s diverse background includes stints in HR, business, and consulting, notably serving as Chief People Officer Europe at DB Schenker, overseeing a workforce of approximately 45,000 employees. Prior to her role at DB Schenker, she held various HR leadership positions at Becton Dickinson, focusing on Talent & Culture in the Greater Asia region.
