This cherished event not only marks a festive gathering but also embodies a spirit of giving. This year, the 21st edition of the event continued its tradition of charitable contributions by supporting the “START-Stipendien” education and integration initiative.

Yesterday evening, more than 600 guests congregated in the enchanting courtyard of Palais Caprara-Geymüller, the Vienna Stock Exchange headquarters, to partake in the pre-Christmas festivities. The generous contributions from the financial community were complemented by a substantial donation from Vienna Stock Exchange Management Board members, Christoph Boschan and Andrea Herrmann. A check amounting to EUR 10,000 was presented to the “START-Stipendien” social fund.

Katrin Bernd, Managing Director of “START-Stipendien,” expressed her delight, saying, “With this generous donation, Vienna Stock Exchange is supporting the START social fund and thus directly helping numerous young people. The fund enables unbureaucratic and quick help in financial emergencies – whether it’s for housing, health or school and education.”
