(PRESS RELEASE) GENEVA, 1-Oct-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — SGS acquires the business and assets of the personal protective equipment (PPE) testing and certification activities of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH).
FIOH, based in Helsinki, Finland, is previously operated as an independent public law institution. The business has revenues of approximately EUR 1.4 million (CHF 1.5 million) and employs 12 professionals in its team.
