ISS Strengthens Long Term European Outsourcing Agreement with Financial Services Customer

(IN BRIEF) ISS has secured an expansion of its partnership with a key European financial services customer, adding around DKK 100 million in annual contract value and bringing total yearly revenue from the client to more than DKK 300 million. The five-year contract extension extends the relationship to six European countries and will be phased in from the first quarter of 2026. (PRESS RELEASE) COPENHAGEN, 18-Dec-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — ISS has expanded its collaboration with a major financial services client in Europe, reinforcing a long-standing relationship through a new multi-country contract extension. The agreement adds approximately DKK 100 million in annual value and increases ISS’ total yearly revenue from the customer to more than DKK 300 million.

With the expansion, the partnership now covers operations across six European markets, reflecting the customer’s confidence in ISS’ ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace and facility services at scale. The extended contract has a duration of five years and will be implemented progressively, with ramp-up activities scheduled to begin during the first quarter of 2026.

The agreement further strengthens ISS’ position as a strategic outsourcing partner within the financial services sector, supporting customers with integrated solutions that focus on operational efficiency, workplace experience, and sustainability objectives.
