This newly designated team includes seasoned leaders from Holcim alongside industry experts from top U.S. companies, ensuring deep market expertise and a robust growth strategy. Jan Jenisch, who has held pivotal roles at Holcim and previously led Sika, will serve as Chairman and CEO. The leadership team also features Ian Johnston as CFO, Jaime Hill as President of Building Materials, Jake Gosa as President of Building Envelope, along with Nollaig Forrest in Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Steve Clark as Chief People Officer, Denise Singleton as Chief Legal Officer, Sam Poletti as Chief Strategy and M&A Officer, Mario Gross as Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Roald Brouwer as Chief Technology Officer. This strategic move marks the beginning of a new era for the company as it prepares to unlock greater value and drive further growth in the region. The designated executive officers for Amrize include:

Jan Jenisch, Chairman and CEO: A Holcim Board member since 2021, Jenisch has served as Chairman since 2023 and as CEO from 2017 to 2024. His previous experience includes a successful tenure as CEO of Sika from 2012 to 2017.

Ian Johnston, Chief Financial Officer: Currently CFO for Holcim North America, Johnston has a strong record of leading financial functions across the U.S. and Canada.

Jaime Hill, President of Building Materials: Hill, who currently serves as the Regional Head of Holcim North America, brings valuable experience from his previous role as CEO for Holcim in Mexico and Colombia.

Jake Gosa, President of Building Envelope: With 27 years in the building industry and a former role as Chief Commercial Officer for Beacon Building Products, Gosa will take over from Jamie Gentoso, who is leaving to pursue new opportunities.

Nollaig Forrest, Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer: Currently Holcim’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Forrest also oversees corporate affairs and branding.

Steve Clark, Chief People Officer: Formerly Chief Human Resources Officer at Gainwell Technologies, Vista Outdoor, and the H.J Heinz Company, Clark brings extensive HR expertise.

Denise Singleton, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary: With a background as General Counsel & Secretary at WestRock Company, IDEX Corporation, and SunCoke Energy, Singleton will lead legal and corporate governance functions.

Sam Poletti, Chief Strategy and M&A Officer: As Holcim’s Global Head of M&A, Poletti played a key role in the company’s North American expansion.

Mario Gross, Chief Supply Chain Officer: Gross, currently the Chief Operating Officer of Holcim Building Envelope, follows his previous role as Chief Procurement Officer at Holcim.

Roald Brouwer, Chief Technology Officer: Brouwer, who is Holcim’s Group Head of Decarbonization, brings expertise from his former role as Director of Energy Transition Technologies at Shell.
