HfS Blueprint Report: Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Services 2018: EY recognized as a “high performer” among consulting organizations in providing artificial intelligence (AI) services

  • EY recognized for differentiating capabilities in domain-specific AI projects, design thinking and a transformational, end-to-end point of view

LONDON, 13-Aug-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — EY has been recognized by HfS Research as a “high performer” among consulting organizations in providing artificial intelligence (AI) services for enterprises in HfS Blueprint Report: Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Services 2018.

In the report, EY was also recognized for excelling in re-imagining and transforming processes as part of the AI journey, as well as building on robotic process automation (RPA) deployments as part of broader digital initiatives, based on feedback from EY clients. This high rating was awarded as EY leverages a wide set of cognitive tools for parsing and machine learning, and implements a broader set of services including virtual agents and chatbots.

Tom Reuner, Managing Partner, Business Operations Strategy and M&A Advisory, HfS Research, says:

“EY stands out amongst the competition due to mature client relationships and by selectively developing domain-specific knowledge. The expanding analytics capabilities to drive knowledge discovery helps in finding new answers to complex problems. Clients are very positive about EY AI services standards.”

The report indicates EY strengths in areas around domain-specific capabilities, training and supporting clients, governance and testing services, and the integration of EY wavespace centers to drive a transformational approach to offering enterprise AI services.

Keith Strier, EY Global and Americas Artificial Intelligence Leader, Advisory Services, says:

“AI is an emerging force for transformation across business operations and human experiences in every context. EY helps clients redesign operating models to support continuous experimentation, discovering new ways to work and engage with customers, employees and suppliers through the integration of robotic, intelligent and autonomous systems. We are also highly tuned-in to the social, ethical and regulatory dimensions of AI. Ultimately, we aspire to help clients responsibly harness these advances in a pragmatic, human-centered manner, translating data science into business value and working towards building a better working world for future generations.”
