Eviden’s IGA Solution Selected by NTT Group for Large-Scale Identity and Rights Management

This large-scale implementation will strengthen NTT Group’s cybersecurity and streamline identity management. After evaluating several solutions, NTT Comware chose Evidian IGA for its performance, scalability, and flexibility. The solution can handle millions of provisioning tasks and manage large-scale personnel changes within NTT Group. (PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 10-Dec-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Eviden, the Atos Group business specializing in digital, cloud, big data, and security, has announced that NTT Group has chosen its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution to manage identity and rights for approximately 250,000 employees in Japan. This implementation, one of the world’s largest IGA projects, will bolster NTT Group’s cybersecurity and ensure effective governance of identity management across its vast workforce.

NTT Comware, tasked with developing a unified identity and rights management system for all companies within NTT Group, began evaluating the capabilities of Evidian IGA’s innovative model in 2020. After a successful proof of concept and a comprehensive evaluation period, NTT Comware determined that Evidian IGA would provide the scalability and performance needed for managing such a large user base, ultimately opting to deploy the solution across the organization.
