With 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, Gelbcke is set to enhance customer relationships, drive business growth, and increase employee engagement throughout the European region. Previously, he held leadership roles at LKQ Europe as CEO for Benelux & France and spent 18 years at Tenneco in senior aftermarket positions. Prior to joining ZF, Alex Gelbcke served as CEO for LKQ Europe’s Benelux & France division, and he also spent 18 years at Tenneco as General Manager and Vice President Aftermarket EMEA. His extensive experience across various management roles in well-established companies has equipped him with deep knowledge of both distribution and parts manufacturing. At ZF Aftermarket, his leadership is expected to further consolidate the company’s presence in Europe and reinforce its strategic partnerships throughout the industry.
