Lagardère strengthens Investor Relations leadership with appointment of Nathalie Pellet as Deputy Director

(IN BRIEF) Lagardère SA has appointed Nathalie Pellet as Deputy Director of Investor Relations within its Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations Department, effective 1 September 2025. She will also oversee Louis Hachette Group’s financial communications. Pellet, a graduate of ESSEC Business School, has more than 25 years of financial experience, having started her career at PwC before holding senior roles at Vivendi, most recently as Investor Relations Director since 2017. (PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 2-Sep-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Lagardère SA has confirmed the appointment of Nathalie Pellet as Deputy Director of Investor Relations within the Group’s Treasury, Financing and Investor Relations Department, effective 1 September 2025. Alongside her new responsibilities, she will also oversee the financial communications of Louis Hachette Group, further strengthening the company’s engagement with its investors and stakeholders.

Nathalie Pellet brings extensive expertise to this position, backed by more than 25 years of experience in finance and investor relations. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, she began her career in 1998 with PwC before moving to the Vivendi group in 2007, where she became Head of External Financial Reporting in the Consolidation Department. Since 2017, she has served as Investor Relations Director at Vivendi SE, where she played a key role in financial communication and investor engagement strategies.
