AF Gruppen to Overhaul Oslo Office Spaces in NOK 360 Million Collaboration with Linstow

(IN BRIEF) AF Gruppen has partnered with Linstow on a NOK 360 million project to rehabilitate and expand office spaces at Tollbugata 32 and Akersgata 13-15 in Oslo. The project will merge and renovate the properties, adding a courtyard extension to create a 15,000 m² office building with ground-level retail spaces. Emphasizing sustainability, the development aims for BREEAM certification and Energy Class A standards. Construction begins in December 2024, with completion expected in late 2026.

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 22-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen has entered into an agreement with Linstow to rehabilitate and expand office buildings at Tollbugata 32 and Akersgata 13-15 in Oslo. The turnkey project, valued at approximately NOK 360 million (excluding VAT) for AF Gruppen’s share, will merge and extensively renovate the properties in the Kvadraturen district, with an extension planned for the existing courtyard area.

Upon completion, the revamped office complex will span over 15,000 square meters of gross floor area (GFA), featuring modernized office spaces and ground-level retail outlets. The project emphasizes sustainability, aiming for BREEAM certification and an energy efficiency rating of Class A, with a focus on sustainable material use and adaptable design solutions.
