Bentley Motors Appoints Christophe Georges as Board Member to Lead Global Sales and Marketing Strategy

(PRESS RELEASE) CREWE, 5-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Bentley Motors has announced the promotion of Christophe Georges to the role of Board Member for Sales and Marketing, effective December 1, 2024. Reporting directly to Chairman and CEO Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser, Christophe will lead Bentley’s global sales, marketing, and aftersales strategy. With a distinguished 26-year tenure at Bentley, Christophe steps up from his role as Global Sales and Marketing Director.

Throughout his career at Bentley, Christophe has held a variety of influential roles, including Director of Marketing and Product Strategy, and President and CEO of Bentley Americas, the company’s largest regional market. During his nearly 15 years in North America, Christophe achieved record sales and profitability while expanding Bentley’s dealership network to 60 locations across the region.

Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser praised Christophe’s promotion, highlighting his deep expertise and strategic vision. “Christophe’s understanding of global markets, combined with his knowledge of Bentley’s brand essence, makes him ideally suited to drive our sales ambitions forward as we shape Bentley’s future,” Walliser noted.

Christophe expressed enthusiasm for his new role, reflecting on his journey since joining Bentley in 1998. “Bentley has evolved tremendously, and I’m excited to bring fresh energy to our brand’s growth and strengthen our sales and marketing efforts,” he shared.

Christophe succeeds Alain Favey, who departed Bentley in May 2023.
