Strøm Gundersen Vestfold Secures NOK 122M Contract for New Apartment Building in Sandefjord

(IN BRIEF) Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, part of AF Gruppen, has secured a contract with Boligbyggelaget USBL AS to construct the Møllers Gate apartment building in Sandefjord. The project, valued at NOK 122 million (excluding VAT), involves the design, demolition, and construction of a new six-story building with 36 apartments, commercial spaces, and parking facilities. Covering a total area of 4,800 square meters, the construction period is expected to last 16 months, starting after government approvals and financing are confirmed.

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 19-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been awarded the contract by Boligbyggelaget USBL AS to construct the Møllers Gate apartment building in Sandefjord. This NOK 122 million project, excluding VAT, will be delivered as a collaborative contract. The project involves designing, demolishing the current structure, and building a new six-story apartment complex with 36 units, commercial spaces, and parking facilities on the ground floor. The total gross floor area is approximately 4,800 square meters.
