Strøm Gundersen Vestfold Secures Contract for Larvik Health Park Construction

(IN BRIEF) JVH Eiendom has awarded Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, a NOK 125 million contract (excluding VAT) to design and construct the Larvik Health Park. The project includes a four-story health center with a parking basement, covering 7,200 square meters, and associated outdoor work. Project planning will begin in August 2024, with a construction period of 15 months, pending satisfactory financing.

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 7-Aug-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — JVH Eiendom has selected Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, as the contractor for the Larvik Health Park project. The turnkey contract, valued at NOK 125 million excluding VAT, involves the design and construction of a new health centre with four floors and a parking basement, covering a total area of 7,200 square meters. The project also includes associated outdoor work.
