Fincantieri has continually improved its overall score in recent years, outperforming other certified Top Employers in key areas such as Employer Branding, Training, Employee Listening, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to engaging employees, promoting inclusivity, attracting new talent, and investing in employee development, marking an 11-percentage point score increase over three years.
