(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM , 3-Feb-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Stellantis is taking significant steps to simplify its organizational structure, following the changes announced in December 2024. These new measures are designed to balance regional and global responsibilities, enabling faster decision-making and more efficient execution. The adjustments also strengthen Stellantis’ commitment to prioritizing customer feedback and set the stage for future growth.

As part of these changes, regional teams now have greater autonomy in decision-making and execution related to product planning, development, and industrial and commercial activities. This will allow the regions to operate more effectively while maintaining alignment with the company’s global functions to best serve their customers.

In another key development, Stellantis has integrated its software operations into a unified Product Development & Technology organization, led by Ned Curic. This restructuring aims to streamline the process of delivering innovative products and services across the company’s brands and global markets.

Antonio Filosa, in addition to his role as COO of the Americas Regions, will now oversee global quality efforts, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers. Corporate Affairs and Communications have also been merged to enhance Stellantis’ ongoing engagement with stakeholders, under the leadership of Clara Ingen-Housz.

A new Marketing Office has been established, headed by Olivier François, to better support brand marketing efforts, particularly in advertising, global events, and sponsorships. Several leadership appointments have been made as well, including:

  • Bob Broderdorf, appointed to lead the Jeep® brand
  • Alain Favey, joining Stellantis to lead the Peugeot brand
  • Xavier Peugeot, appointed to head DS Automobiles
  • Anne Abboud, appointed to lead Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicles unit

Stellantis Chairman John Elkann commented, “The organizational changes announced today, building on those made in December, will simplify our structure and enhance local agility and execution. This will position us to drive growth and offer our customers an even wider selection of excellent combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles.”

Regarding leadership, Stellantis also confirmed that the search for the new permanent Chief Executive Officer is progressing, with a decision expected in the first half of 2025.
