Outokumpu Names Ulla Paajanen as Senior VP of Investor Relations & Strategic Advisory
(IN BRIEF) Outokumpu has appointed Ulla Paajanen as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategic Advisory, effective June 3, 2024. With extensive experience in capital markets, particularly within the process industry, Ulla brings a wealth of knowledge in complex corporate transactions and activities. Previously serving as Director of Investor Relations & ESG at Kreab and leading Investor Relations and Financial Communications at Stora Enso, Ulla’s expertise aligns perfectly with Outokumpu’s focus on strengthening investor relations and strategic guidance. Reporting to the newly appointed CFO, Marc-Simon Schaar, Ulla will be based at Outokumpu’s headquarters in Helsinki, playing a pivotal role in supporting and advising the company’s top management.

Ulla brings extensive experience from the capital markets, particularly within the process industry, and has a strong background in working with complex corporate transactions and activities. In her role, she supports and advises Outokumpu’s top management with various matters.
Most recently, Ulla has served as Director of Investor Relations & ESG at consulting company Kreab. Prior to that, she dedicated nearly 20 years to Stora Enso, where she led Investor Relations and Financial Communications.
