New Holland Recognises Twelve Dealerships Across UK and Ireland with 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards

(IN BRIEF) New Holland has recognised twelve dealerships across the UK and Ireland with its 2025 Dealer of the Year awards, highlighting outstanding performance and service within its regional dealer network. T H White Ltd received the Overall UK Dealer of the Year award, while M&S Machinery was named Republic of Ireland Dealer of the Year. Andrew Symons Ltd was recognised as Medium Dealer of the Year and T Alun Jones & Son earned the Small Dealer of the Year title, while also receiving the Tractor Dealer of the Year award. Other category winners included Russells Group, R Kennedy & Co (N.I.) Ltd, Lloyd Ltd and Colemans Millstreet Ltd for excellence in equipment sales, parts and customer service. (PRESS RELEASE) BASILDON, 17-Mar-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — New Holland has announced the winners of its 2025 Dealer of the Year awards for the United Kingdom and Ireland, recognising twelve dealerships across the region for exceptional performance and high standards of customer service within its dealer network.

The annual awards highlight dealerships that have demonstrated strong results across a range of performance indicators, including customer support, product expertise and overall service quality. The programme also acknowledges excellence across several equipment categories and operational areas.

The top honours for 2025 were awarded across multiple segments. T H White Ltd received the Overall UK Dealer of the Year title, while M&S Machinery was named Republic of Ireland Dealer of the Year. Andrew Symons Ltd earned the Medium Dealer of the Year award, and T Alun Jones & Son was recognised as Small Dealer of the Year.

Additional category awards highlighted strong performance across different product lines and customer service areas. T Alun Jones & Son was also named Tractor Dealer of the Year, while Russells Group received both the Combine Dealer of the Year and Customer Experience Dealer of the Year awards. R Kennedy & Co (N.I.) Ltd secured the Hay & Forage Dealer of the Year title. Lloyd Ltd was recognised for both Telehandler Dealer of the Year and Precision Technology Dealer of the Year.

Further recognition went to M&S Machinery, which received Construction Equipment Dealer of the Year, and Colemans Millstreet Ltd, which was named Parts Dealer of the Year.

David Rapkins praised the achievements of the dealer network, noting that the awards reflect the dedication of dealerships in providing outstanding service to customers. He congratulated all the winners and highlighted the professionalism and commitment demonstrated across the network.

The Overall UK Dealer of the Year award went to T H White Ltd, a long-established business founded in 1832 that operates eight depots across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Powys, Somerset, Wiltshire and Worcestershire. Adrian Lovegrove said the recognition reflects the dedication of the company’s staff and the continued support of its customers, adding that the business remains committed to maintaining high service standards in the years ahead.

The Republic of Ireland Dealer of the Year award was presented to M&S Machinery, based in Cashel, County Tipperary. Managing Director Paudie Slattery credited the success to the dedication of the company’s team.

Andrew Symons Ltd, which operates three depots in Devon located in Holsworthy, Crediton and South Molton, was recognised as Medium Dealer of the Year. Dealer Principal Andrew Symons described the award as recognition of decades of hard work and commitment across all departments within the company.

The Small Dealer of the Year award went to T Alun Jones & Son in Dryslwyn, Carmarthenshire. Director Ffion Hâf Jones said the award reflects the efforts of the company’s staff and the ongoing support of its customers.
