(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 3-Apr-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Maylis Çarçabal, who previously served as Executive Vice-President of Communication and Brands at the TF1 group, has been named Chief Communications Officer of the Bouygues group, effective 1 April 2025. With a dynamic career that began at Carat-Aegis Medias in the Consulting department, Maylis later played a pivotal role in launching the TV channel Voyage before returning to Carat between 2001 and 2003. She then advanced to become Head of Communication and Marketing at TMC, a channel formerly owned by the Pathé group, where she remained after TF1 acquired a majority stake until 2009. Following her tenure at TMC, she joined TF1’s Communication department, overseeing programme promotion and later spearheading diversification and new media initiatives, culminating in her appointment as Executive Vice-President Communication and Brands in 2018.

Maylis Çarçabal succeeds Pierre Auberger, the long-serving Group Director of Corporate Communications at Bouygues, who retired after two decades of exemplary service at Bouygues Immobilier and Bouygues SA.
