Leadec Expands in Spain with Acquisition of Servycat, Strengthening Food Sector Capabilities

(PRESS RELEASE) STUTTGART/VIC, 16-Jan-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Leadec, a global leader in factory and infrastructure services, has expanded its presence in Spain with the acquisition of Manteniments Industrials Servycat 2017, S.L.U. and Electro Servycat, S.L., effective January 2, 2025. The move strengthens Leadec’s capabilities in the food and beverage sector and broadens its customer base, particularly in Catalonia’s thriving industrial region.

Founded in 2007, Servycat employs 330 people and provides services such as maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations, plant modernization, and metalworking, with a strong focus on the food and beverage industry. Servycat, based in Vic, near Barcelona, currently serves approximately 50 clients in Catalonia’s industrial hub.
