The facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve connectivity, and enable faster cargo processing for customers engaged in international trade.

Strategically situated in close proximity to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), India’s largest seaport, the new CFS benefits from immediate access to one of the nation’s most critical maritime gateways. JNPA handles a substantial portion of India’s containerised cargo, making the location a key advantage for streamlined supply chain operations and reduced turnaround times.

The facility has been developed as a built-to-suit logistics hub with scalability in mind, allowing Kuehne+Nagel to adapt capacity and services in line with evolving customer requirements. Safety and compliance have been integrated into the facility’s design and operations. Sustainability has also been a core consideration in the development of the site.
