(PRESS RELEASE) VIENNA, 16-Dec-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Gallmetzer HealthCare S.p.A. has officially entered the public markets, marking its debut on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s direct market plus segment. The Bolzano-based oral and dental care group began trading following a ceremonial opening bell rung by CEO Dietrich Gallmetzer, with the company’s shares now available for daily trading through a supervised intraday auction mechanism.

The listing represents a strategic milestone for Gallmetzer HealthCare, which positions itself as Italy’s second-largest dental holding. The group operates across the full oral and dental care value chain, combining in-house manufacturing of proprietary products—such as anaesthetics and sustainable oral care solutions—with the distribution of both its own brands and third-party dental products. Management views the stock market presence as a platform to reinforce credibility with partners and customers while supporting future European expansion.

The transaction was supported by a consortium of capital-market specialists. Wiener Privatbank acted as lead manager for the listing, with the Rosinger Group serving as Capital Market Coach. ICF Bank oversees the trading process, ensuring orderly execution within the regulated auction framework.

Gallmetzer HealthCare’s admission to trading adds to the growing roster of companies on Vienna’s multilateral trading facility (MTF). Since its launch in 2019, the direct market and direct market plus segments have been designed to offer small and medium-sized enterprises and growth-oriented companies a streamlined route to public markets, providing access to visibility, capital market know-how, and potential equity financing. The MTF ecosystem is supported by an extensive partner network that guides issuers through the listing process, with more than 30 securities currently admitted across the two segments.
