(IN BRIEF) Equinor ASA has finalized the NOK value of its previously declared third-quarter 2025 dividend of USD 0.37 per share, calculating the payment at NOK 3.5249 per share using an average Norges Bank USD/NOK fixing rate of 9.5267 around the 17 February 2026 record date. The dividend is scheduled for payment on 27 February 2026 to shareholders on Oslo Børs and to ADR holders on the New York Stock Exchange, with the disclosure issued in accordance with Norwegian regulatory requirements.

(PRESS RELEASE) STAVANGER, 23-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Equinor ASA has confirmed the dividend payment details for the third quarter of 2025 following its earlier announcement of a cash distribution of USD 0.37 per share.

The dividend amount payable in Norwegian kroner has now been determined based on the average USD/NOK exchange rate published by Norges Bank over a seven-business-day calculation window spanning three business days before and after the record date of 17 February 2026. The average fixing rate for this period was 9.5267, resulting in a final dividend of NOK 3.5249 per share.

The payment will be distributed on 27 February 2026 to eligible shareholders listed on Oslo Børs, as well as to investors holding American Depositary Receipts traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

This announcement is made in line with applicable continuing obligations and disclosure rules under Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
