The shares were purchased at a weighted average price of €12.9818 per share, amounting to a total consideration of €70,330,273.86. This acquisition falls under the authorization granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 10, 2023, and is in compliance with the disclosure requirements set out in Article 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

To date, Eni has acquired a total of 20,816,346 treasury shares, equivalent to 0.62% of the share capital, with a total value of €271,333,830. Following the purchases made until June 16, 2023, Eni currently holds 51,364,096 shares, representing 1.52% of the share capital, considering the previously held treasury shares and the cancellation of 195,550,084 treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 10, 2023.
