(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 27-Sep-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — EDF (EPA: EDF), the world-leading nuclear operator, has announced the sale of its 50 percent stake in 870MW Sloe CCGT in the Netherlands to EPH, the Czech power and infrastructure operator. The gas-fired power plant is jointly owned and operated with Pzem, a Dutch energy company. This transaction is part of EDF’s EUR 3 billion asset disposal strategy and closing of the deal is subject to customary regulatory authorisations.
