(PRESS RELEASE) BONN, 26-Mar-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Deutsche Telekom has welcomed Noxtua as a new client within its AI Factory in Munich, marking a significant step in advancing sovereign artificial intelligence solutions for the European legal sector. Noxtua, a developer of specialized Legal AI technologies, will leverage Deutsche Telekom’s Industrial AI Cloud to scale its platform while ensuring strict compliance with European regulatory and data protection standards.

Noxtua’s Legal AI is designed to support legal professionals across law firms, corporate legal departments, public administration and the judiciary. The system enables tasks such as legal research, contract analysis and document drafting, all within a framework that meets stringent legal, professional and data security requirements. Given the sensitivity of legal data, the use of sovereign infrastructure has become increasingly critical, particularly in light of international regulations such as the U.S. Cloud Act. By operating within European-controlled data environments, Noxtua ensures that data processing remains compliant with European laws and values.

The Industrial AI Cloud provides the computing infrastructure necessary to support advanced AI workloads, including both training and inference processes. It offers high-performance GPU resources alongside integration into the broader “Deutschland Stack,” which includes partnerships with leading technology providers such as SAP and Siemens. This ecosystem enables scalable, secure and efficient deployment of AI solutions across regulated industries.

The collaboration highlights the importance of combining technological capability with regulatory compliance. By utilizing Deutsche Telekom’s AI Factory, Noxtua gains access to a secure and sovereign platform capable of processing complex legal data while maintaining high standards of security and ethical governance. The infrastructure is aligned with European frameworks such as the EU AI Act and supports industry-specific compliance requirements relevant to sectors like finance and law.

Noxtua, founded in Berlin in 2017 from academic research conducted at Oxford University and Imperial College London, has developed a comprehensive Legal AI system that covers the full lifecycle of legal text work, from research and analysis to document generation. The platform meets professional and legal standards required for legal practice and holds multiple certifications, including ISO standards, BSI C5 and SOC 2.

Through partnerships with major European legal publishers, Noxtua has expanded its capabilities to include licensed legal content across the continent. In Germany, the company is collaborating with C.H. Beck to develop the Legal AI Workspace Beck-Noxtua, built on one of the most extensive legal databases in the German-speaking world.

The integration with Deutsche Telekom’s Industrial AI Cloud supports Noxtua’s ambition to scale its platform while maintaining a focus on sovereignty, security and compliance. The collaboration reflects a broader effort within Europe to develop independent AI capabilities that align with regional legal frameworks and ethical standards.
