In cases where a user repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of EuropaWire or third parties, EuropaWire reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to suspend or terminate that user’s access to the website or related services. Where access is suspended or terminated for such reasons, EuropaWire shall have no obligation to refund any fees previously paid, where applicable.
