Featuring four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages that exhibit cars like art in each of the 216 private residences, the luxury condominium will rise 62 stories and offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will carefully integrate Bentley’s most distinctive design cues into its architecture and interiors. The iconic diamond-quilted pattern adorning Bentley door panels, for example, will be recreated on the tower’s façade through diamond-shaped glass panels angled meticulously to refract natural light. As a result, the exterior will glimmer in the sunlight. These same patterns and silhouettes are echoed throughout the building, including the diamond-embossed stone in the primary bathrooms and the diamond-shaped floor tiles spanning the lobby.
