(PRESS RELEASE) CREWE, 10-Feb-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Bentley Motors has officially opened applications for its 2026 Apprenticeship Programme, offering 25 places to aspiring professionals who want to begin their careers within one of the world’s most prestigious luxury automotive brands. Announced during National Apprenticeship Week, the programme forms a key part of Bentley’s long-term commitment to developing highly skilled talent and supporting its Beyond100+ strategy, which focuses on electrification, sustainability, and innovation.

For more than four decades, Bentley’s apprenticeship schemes have been instrumental in shaping the company’s workforce, nurturing generations of engineers, designers, and business leaders who have contributed to the brand’s global reputation for excellence. As Bentley accelerates its transformation toward a more sustainable future, the company continues to rely on emerging talent to drive technological advancement, craftsmanship, and strategic growth.

The 2026 intake will provide apprenticeship opportunities across a broad range of functions, including Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Quality, Mulliner, Strategy, and Product Lines. Apprentices will be based at Bentley’s Dream Factory in Crewe, where they will gain practical, hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals. Throughout their training, apprentices will be encouraged to contribute ideas, develop technical and professional skills, and engage directly in projects that shape Bentley’s next generation of vehicles and services.

The programme will begin in September 2026 and will be available at multiple levels to suit different educational backgrounds. These include Advanced Apprenticeships, equivalent to two A Levels, Higher Apprenticeships aligned with foundation degrees or higher national qualifications, and Degree Apprenticeships that can lead to Bachelor’s or Master’s level qualifications.

Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for People and Culture at Bentley Motors, emphasized that apprenticeships have long been a driving force behind the company’s innovation and craftsmanship. She noted that as Bentley advances its Beyond100+ strategy, the creativity, curiosity, and technical capability of young professionals will play a crucial role in defining the brand’s future.

Sophie Reynolds, a current Degree Apprentice in Product Strategy, described how her experience at Bentley has provided extensive exposure across multiple departments, including Product Strategy, Manufacturing, and R&D, as well as an international placement with Porsche. She highlighted the level of responsibility and professional development opportunities offered through the programme, which recently led to her receiving a national MAKE UK Business Apprentice Rising Star award.

Bentley has also been recognized as a UK Top Employer for the 15th consecutive year by the Top Employer Institute, reflecting its sustained commitment to colleague development, workplace culture, and professional growth across all levels of the organization.

Applications for the 2026 Apprenticeship Programme are now open and will close on 20 February 2026. Further details can be found on Bentley’s careers website.
