In a unified effort, both partners have established a common operating model and governance framework that enables Accenture to co-lead the migration process. Central to the initiative is a cloud migration factory, which utilizes standardized processes and reusable templates to concurrently migrate and transform Air France-KLM’s digital applications. To date, this industrialized approach has successfully deployed 350 applications, meeting rigorous quality standards and significantly shortening time-to-market.
