The agreement allows Farmfoods to expand its operations across the UK, using the site for storage, transportation, and recycling. The development was transformed into three units after Logicor acquired the site in 2021 and reflects strong demand for modern logistics facilities in key UK distribution hubs. The deal highlights Logicor’s customer-focused approach and long-term partnerships, while also reinforcing its growing presence in the UK logistics market.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 2-Apr-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor has secured a long-term agreement with Farmfoods for its flagship UK development, Logicor Park Daventry. The deal sees Farmfoods commit to a 25-year lease covering the entire 800,000 sq ft site, enabling the retailer to significantly expand its national operations.

The agreement includes all three units within the development, which were speculatively constructed and collectively form Logicor’s largest project in the UK to date. The site was originally acquired in 2021 and subsequently transformed from a single asset into three modern logistics units designed to meet the evolving requirements of large-scale distribution operators.

Farmfoods will utilise the facilities for a combination of frozen and ambient storage, as well as transportation and recycling activities. The new space will support the company’s continued growth across the UK and enhance its supply chain capabilities.

The Daventry site is located within one of the UK’s most established logistics hubs, offering strong connectivity and access to key distribution networks. Demand for high-quality, modern logistics facilities in this region remains robust, driven by sustained consumer demand and the growing needs of distribution and third-party logistics providers.

Anthony McCluskie highlighted the importance of the long-standing relationship with Farmfoods, noting that close collaboration allowed Logicor to anticipate the retailer’s operational requirements. He emphasized that the availability of a purpose-built, high-quality facility enabled Logicor to meet Farmfoods’ expansion needs efficiently.

In addition to Logicor Park Daventry, the company has continued to expand its UK development pipeline, delivering major projects such as Derby507 and Bolt 330. Together, these developments contributed to approximately 1.8 million sq ft of new logistics space completed in the UK during 2025.
